Electric Angel graces the listener's ear with a smooth, harmonious blend of Popular and World music. The inclusion of electroharpes is a fitting and exciting contribution as we enter the new millennium.”
Amy Krupski, Harpist

Monterey, CA

“This delightful music is enjoyable on many levels.  Electric Angel combines a variety of musical influences - new age, folk rock, jazz-flavored ambient rhythms, Celtic minor chord melodic feeling - into a collage that retains its own distinctiveness.  I especially liked Stevie Wonder's Higher Ground in which Lynne Reardon rocks with close to a country sound and Jill Meniketti's wah-wah harp gets your feet moving.  Light of Sound has a strong melodic hook and intriguing vocals.  Both Light of Sound and Midyne Spear's Falling Angel have beautiful lyrics.  The instrumental Caramar has a gorgeous new age melody and celestial harp sounds.  The musicians have absorbed so many musical influences and styles, they could be called Eclectic Electric Angel, but they still retain a sound all their own. In all, an album I liked very much.”
Dick Hallgren, ANG Newspapers
Oakland, CA

“Their music is about inspiration -- the kind that floats in on dreams or from the outermost reaches of the spirit.  Textured harmonies and lush harp playing carry the listener into an uplifting realm of light.  The distinctive voices of each member of Electric Angel extends the soundscape further, expressing a full range of color, sweetness, and passion.  The driving sounds of their versions of such tunes as "Higher Ground" are mostly unheard of in harp music, and are downright cool!”
Jane Valencia of the harp duo Knodel & Valencia
Past President of the International Society of Folk Harpers & Craftsmen
Washington

"I first heard Electric Angel from a distance at a harp retreat floating through the redwoods, and was irresistibly drawn to their transporting sound. The playing was magical, the sound of the electroharpes mesmerizing and the singing ethereal. Also, it's a wonderful band to see, with the purple, green, and rose colored harps looking like something from the astral plane!"
